I will  negotiate on your behalf. I will save you time and weed out those that will waste your time. I do a lot of social media marketing and I am contacted regularly for credit consulting and home buying and often times I may also know of someone who is looking for a home like the one you are selling, and may even be able to secure an offer without advertising it at all. At the end of the day, the decision to sell your home on your own or with a licensed Realtor�® is completely up to you.
